Student leadership and the prefect system are integral to fostering responsibility, integrity, and a sense of community within the school. By participating as prefects or leaders, students experience firsthand the values of accountability, service, and decision-making. Prefects often act as role models and advocates for their peers, setting a positive example and building a supportive environment. Leadership roles allow students to develop communication, organization, and interpersonal skills while reinforcing their commitment to school values and teamwork.
