International USA Open and Junior Cup 2023

Amara Jalan (Class 4K of Junior School) and Alesia Jalan (8D of Senior School) participated in the prestigious International USA Open and Junior Cup 2023 which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA in April 2023. The two girls won 6 medals between them. Alesia won 4 medals - one gold, one silver and two bronze medals, and won 2 bronze medals in the 9-year-old girls category. She was the youngest participant of the Indian contingent.

The event had over 1200 participants from 42 nations across categories.

Aahil Mecklai - Go karting

Indikarting had organised a championship event at Ahmedabad circuit for 4 stroke go karting on 19th March 2023. Aahil Mecklai (student of 9B) took part in the same in the Junior category. 3 races of 30 laps each. Aahil secured first position in 2 races and came 2nd in one giving him the points needed to win the overall Junior Championships which he did.

Vritika Sampat – Swimming Awards

Vritika Sampat ( Girls - U17) stood 1st in 50m backstroke, 100m backstroke and 200m backstroke at the DSO swim meet. She came 2nd in 400m individual medley and 3rd in 200m backstroke at the ISSO National Games.

At the Anglo Interschool swimming competition, she got gold in 4x25m free style relay and medley, silver in 25m butterfly and 50m Butterfly, and a bronze in 50m backstroke.

Aum Gujarati - World Skate Games & Maharashtra State Skating Championship

After winning a Gold Medal at the 2021 National Roller Skating Competition, Aum Gujarati (7A) was shortlisted for a national camp and trial for the World Skate Games. She attended two selection camps in June and September 2022 along with other skaters from all over India. She was then chosen to be a part of a 25 member team that would represent India at the World Skate Games 2022.

The World Skate Games 2022 were held from 24th October to 14th November 2022 in Buenos Aires and San Juan, Argentina. The Indian team performed well, and Aum had a successful run at the World Skate Games. She now holds 5th position in her category.

On her arrival in Mumbai, she participated in the 32nd Maharashtra State Skating Championship where she won a gold medal.

Ranveer A Kamat secured 1st place in the Peep Sight Air Rifle Boys U-17 Category at the CISCE Regional Shooting competition 2022 and was selected to represent Maharashtra at the National competition.

Harshita Maheshwari won the Under 17 girls title in the CISCE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP at the Zonal level. She will be representing the school at the regional level.

ZANAEE RAGHAVAN (8TH STD) secured Bronze medal in Girls U 14 200mtr run at the MSSA Athletics Championship held at University ground on 19 Feb 2022.

Sophia Syed of Std 5 wins at the MSSA Annual Athletics Meet

Sophia Syed 5A bagged the silver medal in Long Jump at the MSSA Annual Athletics Meet of the 19th of February 2022.

SOPHIA ANDHYARUJINA – 7B

In April 2022, Sophia Andhyarujina (7B) secured the top two positions in the Dressage event (Children I category) of the Regional Equestrian League qualifiers for the Junior Nationals. It was held at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and Sophia rode the horses Lioness and Velocity.

Sophia Andhyarujina of Std 6 wins at the National Equestrian Championships

Sophia Andhyarujina 6A successfully participated for the Children II category in the Junior National Equestrian Championships held this December.

She won two Team Golds in these Nationals, one Team Gold in Dressage and one Team Gold in Jumping.

Aum Gujarati Std 6 wins Gold at National Level Skating Competition

Aum Gujarati of Std.6 has won the Gold Medal at the 59th National Roller Skating Competition 2021 held in Chandigarh.

MSSA UNDER 14 CHESS TOURNAMENT WINNERS

Harshita Maheshwari (7C) secured the first position in the Girls Under 14 age group at the MSSA Chess tournament held in November 2020. She also won the championship for the same.

Varun Vasudeva (7D) secured the third position in the Boys Under 14 age group.
