On the 12th of August 2021, the students studying EVS from standard 12 conducted a plastic bottle recycling workshop. In this workshop, the students of grade 12, assisted the EVS students of grade 8, 9, 10, and 11 and taught them how to make a birdfeeder and a mobile charging stand from waste plastic bottles.

The students conducted this workshop after learning about the harmful effects of plastic from a Webinar on plastics conducted by the ICPE (The Indian Centre for Plastics in the Environment). This workshop was conducted for grade 8 students and EVS students of grade 9-12 at Cathedral.
