Collins Scrabble for Schools Championship 2019
On the 28th of September,2019, ‘The Cathedral and John Connon Middle School’ played host to 127 participants from 44 schools across Mumbai as we welcomed them to the ‘Collins Scrabble for Schools Championship 2019’.
Spread over the entire day, every student gained an opportunity to build words, as each one participated in all five rounds of the Championship.
Conducted by trained professionals of the Collins India team, the students learned to plan, using simple and smart strategies, while also increasing their observation and mindfulness.
Arvind Iyengar (Grade 8) from The Bombay Scottish School (Powai) won the Mumbai Championship.
