In its second year, the Mental Health newsletter continues to normalise conversations around mental health and well-being. This year our students compiled a comprehensive guide on how to ace exams- effective study techniques based on cognitive neuroscience, time management strategies, how to deal with exam jitters and lots more tried and tested tips and tricks. Also, a special Diwali edition highlighting the essence of the festival and how it can be a time to connect, reflect, rest and recharge.
