Talk on Sports Nutrition
Sports Nutrition is the study of the importance of nutrients in one’s diet as it relates to athletic performance. It is concerned with the kind and quantity of fluid and food in-take by an athlete. Although it is an important part of many sports training regimes, it is of utmost importance in sports that require strength and endurance. The sportsmen of Cathedral and John Connon Middle School had the privilege of having Mr. Amrish Arora to address them on Friday, 24th July 2015 on the importance of a healthy and balanced diet, for every sports person such that he can perform to the best of his ability.
