The students of the Cathedral and John Connon Middle School participated in a beach cleanup activity on 13^th September, 2019. After a ten-day long Ganesh Festival, most idols in the vicinity were immersed into the sea at Machimar Nagar, Cuffe Parade. The beach was littered with plastic glasses, plates, coconut shells and sadly some idols too had been washed onto the shore.

While most of the other schools decided to clean up GirgaumChowpatty, our students selected the most affected site.  We are proud of all the students and salute their spirit of citizenship!
