On the 18th of April, which is celebrated as World Heritage Day, the fifth graders of the Middle School put on an informative and entertaining presentation on the importance of preserving world heritage. The students learned that heritage refers to practices that are passed down through the years, from one generation to the next. It includes culture, tradition, clothing and even flora and fauna and historical monuments are just one aspect of it. This special day offered an opportunity to raise the students’ awareness about the diversity of cultural heritage and the efforts that are required to protect and conserve it. The students of the Middle school thoroughly enjoyed the skit, poetry recitation and dance performance which showcased the talents of our sprightly fifth graders!
